Outlook Attachment issue

OUTLOOK Attachment opening Error

Hello Friends,
when we try to open an attachment from outlook its give the error: 
Can’t create the file and to that you need check the permissions on the folder you want to save it in

This issue arise mostly when Outlook can't access the temporary outlook files, those are stored into TempFolder.
To resolve this issue, try to follow below steps:

1. Click Start > Run and type regedit.

2. Click Edit > Find and type OutlookSecureTempFolder.

3. When regedit has found the entry, it will tell you where your Outlook temporary files are stored. It will look similar to:

For Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKrandomnumber

For Windows 7,Windows8 and Windows 8.1:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.

4. Open My Computer and navigate to this location on your hard drive.

5. Delete all of the files in this folder.

6. Restart Microsoft Outlook and you should be able to open your attachment.
