In Order to access WhatsApp Web Services you need to have Google Chrome web browser as Only Google Chrome is supported for whatsapp Web Services. If you dont have it don’t worry ;) Download it by clicking here . Next you need to have your WhatsApp installed on your android/blackberry/windows phone device with your respective number. Inorder to use WhatsApp Web Service you need visit https://web.whatsapp.com/ from your google chrome web browser.
You will see a QR code in the WhatsApp web services webpage in google chrome browser. Now Open your mobile device in which whatsapp is installed { Make sure you are using latest version of WhatsApp } and follow the below steps for different mobile platforms inorder to scan the QR code.


Android ->  Open WhatsApp — Menu — WhatsApp Web

Blackberry -> Open WhatsApp — Chats — Menu key — WhatsApp Web
