Outlook Attachment opening Error:Cannot Create File

Hello Friends,
when we try to open an attachment from outlook its give the error: "Cannot create file"
This issue arise mostly when Outlook can't access the temporary outlook files, those are stored into TempFolder.

To resolve this issue, try to follow below steps:

1. Click Start > Run and type regedit.

2. Click Edit > Find and type OutlookSecureTempFolder.

3. When Registry Editor complete search and find the entry, it will show you the path where your Outlook temporary files are stored. It will display the path like:

For Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK+numbers

For Windows 7,Windows8 and Windows 8.1:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\Random-Numbers

4. Open My Computer and go to this path location on your hard drive.

5. Delete all the files from this OLKfolder.

6. Restart MS Outlook and now try to open the attachment and now your issue has been resolved.
